1. Find something you like
Browse the marketplace, search for an item or open a category. Check the listing’s photos, description, price, condition and area. Availability can change, so confirm the details with the seller.
2. Ask the seller
Open the seller’s profile to see their public information and other listings. Use the contact options available on the listing to ask questions, confirm what is included and agree on next steps. Sign in when a feature asks you to.
Keep useful conversation and listing records. Never share your sign-in code, password, card security details or Mobile Money PIN.
3. Agree on a safe exchange
The buyer and seller arrange payment and delivery directly. Check the item and the identity of the person you are dealing with before paying. For an in-person exchange, choose a suitable public place and inspect the item.
Trueseller’s paid packages are separate from purchases between users. Read the safety guide and Refund Policy for that distinction.
